FLASH is a platform developed by ARTAJASA in which money is stored and used electronically. FLASH connects product and billing data from Billing Providers to Payment Points. As a service this lowers the cost of product distribution and investment on Payment Points.
FLASH can also be used as an e-purse application allows consumers to reload vouchers (GSM, CDMA, VolP and the ISP. As an e-purse it can in itself be reloaded and be used in Billing Settlements.
