JAKARTA, 2 March 2017 --- PT Asuransi Allianz Life Indonesia (Allianz Life) in association with Standard Chartered Bank, Indomaret, and Artajasa introducing Allianz Life individual life insurance premium payment through Indomaret cashier. The launching event for the newest service is held at Indomaret outlet Poing Juanda Raya and attended by Meylindawati, Director of Allianz Life Indonesia, Michael Sugirin, Country Head of Transaction Banking Standard Chartered Bank, Gondo Sudjoni, Marketing Communication Executive Director PT Indomarco Prismatama and Nawawi, Director of Artajasa.

The premium payment services by means of Indomaret cashier will grant simplicity and comfort for Allianz Life Individual Life Insurance customer, where they can administer premium payment for policy extension in more than 14.150 Indomaret outlet across Indonesia.

“Life insurance policy holder need to ensure that his/her policy may always in active mode, which means he or she needs to pay attention so as premium payment not exceeding expiration date. From insurance company point of view, it is important for us to provide the many ways of premium payment that is comfortable, secure, and eases the customer, so that they can choose methods that are most approriate,” Meylindawati stated.

Premium payment via Indomaret outlet comes in to complete the many payment methods already exists, such as transfer via ATM, internet banking, mobile banking, cash deposit through bank teller, virtual account, auto-debit, and online payment through Allianz website (payment getaway).

The process of premium payment via Indomaret outlet is by inserting policy number in i-Kios machine or mention policy number to cashier. Then, the cashier shall proceed to verifying customer data. After premium payment is successful, customer will receive payment receipt along with digital notification of SMS and e-mail. Other customer perks including the said premiums will be recorded and customer will receive unit price on the same day.

Allianz Life individual life insurance premium payment service via Indomaret cashier is supported by electronic transaction service system provided by Artajasa, where the said transaction will be executed on real time and secure. Besides that, the paid premiums will also be recorded in Allians Life account on Standard Chartered Bank on the same day.
